Bridge Housing Limited's mission is to build sustainable communities through the provision of affordable housing for low to moderate income earners.
Bridge Housing Limited is a not-for-profit community housing provider formed through the amalgamation of three inner metropolitan housing providers: the South West Inner Sydney Housing Cooperative, Burwood-Area Community Housing and, in April 2009, the Eastern Suburbs Rental Housing Association.
Bridge Housing manages 1300 dwellings assisting 2400 households on low and moderate incomes across inner metropolitan area of Sydney and operates across the following local government areas: Ashfield , Auburn , Botany Bay, Burwood, Canada Bay, Canterbury, Leichhardt, Marrickville, Randwick, Strathfield , Sydney City, and Waverley.
Bridge Housing Limited is a Class 1 growth provider under the regulatory framework as determined by NSW Housing Act 2001 and Housing Regulation 2009 and a registered charity with Deductible Gift Recipient status.
We are a member of the NSW Federation of Housing Associations and part of an network of 32 housing associations operating throughout NSW.
