Policy and Procedures

Bridge Housing has developed the following Tenant Management Policies and Procedures to ensure that we have clear guidelines for our decision making in allocating and managing our housing. These policies are consistent with existing practice and the National Community Housing Standards. This also helps applicants and tenants understand our decision making.
