Bridge Housing has project managed the development of 50 new seniors social housing units across western Sydney on behalf of the Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC). We have also tenanted all the properties and will manage the tenancies moving forward.

The units have been developed under the Government’s Community Housing Program to increase the supply and quality of social housing for seniors across Sydney. The developments have been financed by LAHC.

All tenants are over 55 years and have been on the public housing waiting list.
The three completed developments are:

Sixteen seniors units have been developed in School Parade in three blocks, two of which are double story and one single story. There are 10 one-bedroom units and six two-bedroom.

South Granville
The two-storey Byrnes St property has 12 seniors units, half one-bedroom and the other half two-bedroom.

Eight seniors units, comprising two one-bedroom units and six two-bedroom units in a two-story complex, have been developed in Tempe St.
