Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) yesterday handed over 14 seniors' units in Clemton Park to Bridge Housing for tenancy management. Construction of the six one-bedroom and eight two-bedroom homes was project managed by Bridge Housing under Land and Housing Corporation’s Community Housing Provider Project Management Program.
Our Housing Pathways team will commence allocations to social housing tenants 55 years and over next week.
In total, we have delivered 36 new dwellings and provided accommodation for 51 people in south west Sydney under the program.
