Bridge Housing and the Women’s Housing Company have now allocated locations, blocks and individual tenancies in the new Northern beaches portfolio to each of the partner organisations for management.

Tenants on the Northern beaches can view the allocations here. They will also have received a letter from us in the past few days confirming who will be managing their tenancy from August 2019.

Bridge Housing is managing 87.5 percent of tenancies, or around 1,050 homes located across the Northern beaches (excluding Mosman).

The Women’s Housing Company is managing 12.5 percent of tenancies, or around 150 homes located in Mosman, Dee Why and Narraweena.
