MyBridge RGBf

MyBridge is Bridge Housing’s new tenant portal which will make it easier for residents to manage their tenancies online. From a web browser on their smart phone or computer, they can enter their Tenant ID and create a password to securely: 

  • Make a repair request
  • Read their rent or water statement
  • Pay their rent
  • Update their personal details.

CEO John Nicolades said: “This new tenant portal is another example of Bridge Housing’s ongoing commitment to service innovations that benefit our residents. It is the start of a one-stop shop for managing all your tenancy needs online to which we hope to add other features over time.”

“It will also support the work of Housing Managers and Housing Support Officers, who will be able to see all their tenant transactions from a tablet or smart phone on the road.”

“Members of the Tenant Advisory Group and Your Views panel have kindly helped us to make MyBridge user-friendly and better meet tenants needs. “ 

Bridge Housing staff are available to support tenants to use MyBridge for the first time. MyBridge replaces all previous online transactions available via the Bridge Housing website.
