Social housing tenants in Forestville kicked off our Drop In session program yesterday and began signing up to transition to Bridge Housing. The Northern beaches residents are transitioning to Bridge Housing or the Women's Housing Company from FACS under the Social Housing Management Transfer (SHMT) program in August this year.
During May, there are plenty of opportunities for tenants to hand in their paperwork at the Drop In sessions, which are attended by Bridge Housing and Women's Housing Company staff as well as FACS representatives, or at neighbourhood visits thereafter. See the schedule of sessions.
Tenants can also get support to complete their paperwork or ask any questions at the Drop In sessions. This includes the completed Rent Certificate and Multiple Consent Authority (MCA) Form.
The next Drop In session is: Friday 3 May at the Community Room, 3 Lurnea Crescent, Forestville 10am - 2pm.
