Northern Beaches resident Doris is one of two major prize winners recognised for completing and returning her tenancy transition forms early.

She and our other major prize winner, Maureen, are among an impressive number of Northern beaches tenants who are ready to become our tenants from 5 August.

So far, we have received 1,268 forms from tenants and their families, or 94.9% of the total, and the vast majority have already been processed by Centrelink. 

If you are a Northern beaches tenant and have not yet completed your forms, the return deadline has been extended to: Friday 19 July.

The NSW Government has awarded Bridge Housing, in partnership with the Women’s Housing Company, some 1,200 social housing tenancies to manage for the next 20 years under the Social Housing Management Transfer Program.
