A team of staff champions is training our residents in how to use the new MyBridge tenant portal to manage their tenancies online.

Staff including Sage, Jonelle, Aria, Eileen, Anna and Joanne trained some 20 residents with varying degrees of IT literacy in our office yesterday. They helped them to update their details, report repairs, and check and print their rent statements.

With a little support and access to the internet from a smart phone, laptop of desktop computer, residents can access their information via MyBridge anywhere, anytime using their password-protected tenant ID.

This is another example of what Bridge Housing is committed to tenant-focused innovation and excellence in customer service.
