Scott Allan has been at Bridge Housing so long that he’s got engaged, married and built a new house while in employment here.

Our new Team Leader, East Team will supervise five Housing Managers and a Housing Support Officer, in his new role, an opportunity he relishes. “It’s a new challenge for me to manage people and I’m looking forward to watching them learn and seeing their progress.”

Since starting at Bridge Housing in 2011, Scott has worked in the Housing Pathways allocations team and as Affordable Housing Manager for big projects, including the allocation of affordable housing for the Bungarribee development and Sydney Olympic Park Authority tender. 

A lot has changed in the past eight years, but Scott is positive about working for a bigger, more diverse organisation. “What’s kept me at Bridge for so long is the high quality of work we do and the high expectations of us to deliver great service to our clients and achieve great results.”
