Kerri Jobson is accustomed to working in fast-paced, pressured work environments.

She was at Macquarie Bank for nearly 10 years, most recently as an EA in Corporate Assets and Finance, and before that, at CommBank during the Storm Financial collapse.

As the new Executive Assistance to the CEO and Office Manager, Kerri is excited about the dynamics of the role.

“You need to plan, be organised and have a fallback position. Communication is also important, and not letting the stress get to you. I have learnt to practice mindfulness, which helps me make better decisions and deal with pressure,” she said.

She is also delighted to work in an office with such a warm, collaborative culture. “People at Bridge are united around a common goal, to help people find a secure affordable home, and we are all in it together and there’s no sense that anyone is more important than anyone else.”

Kerri lives on the Central Coast, where she enjoys walking the dog and is an avid reader.
