Bridge Housing was one of the community housing providers recently selected by the NSW Government to participate in Together Home, a new COVID-inspired initiative for people experiencing homelessness.

We will receive $4.5 million in funding over two years to house and support 45 residents in private rental leases. We will apply a Housing First approach and provide long term housing for these residents. Learn more about Together Home.

We are currently developing a Phase 3 plan for tenant engagement (as it becomes safe to do so), and will commence with some face-to-face block meetings over the next few weeks. We are also planning to recommence our outreach office services in the coming weeks.
