We are reflecting on another busy and eventful year at Bridge Housing with the release of the 2021 Annual Report.

This year's report details our activities during a disrupted but ultimately successful year.

Despite the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Bridge Housing team pulled together to find innovative new ways to continue delivering essential services and support for our tenants.

We continued to invest in new properties, upgrades and maintenance to deliver even more homes to more people.
We rolled out tenant engagement and support programs to help our tenants with work, education and community connections.
We undertook service innovation projects to make our operations more efficient and effective.
And we continued to achieve high levels of tenant satisfaction (while always striving for further improvement).
