Paul and Anne Marie Azzopardi and their three sons were one of the first families to sign a lease with Bridge Housing and move into a Bungarribee home.
Bungarribee is a new suburb in the City of Blacktown, 38km west of Sydney CBD and 17 km from Parramatta CBD.
There are great local amenities for families nearby: adjoining parkland and sporting facilities, including Blacktown Olympic Park and AFL grounds, local schools, and easy access to public transport (Doonside train station is walking distance to the north) and to the M4 and M7 motorways.
This affordable housing is suitable for households with a combined annual income of up to $115,376. We want to support local people to live and work in the region as police, nurses, teachers, aged or childcare workers, in the service industry or in other essential services.
