Current projects
Redfern
Bridge Housing and consortium partner Capella Capital will lead a $230M development to deliver a mixed-use precinct planned for Elizabeth Street, Redfern.

Tallawong Station
The Deicorp and Bridge Housing tender to deliver up to 55 new affordable housing dwellings at the new Tallawong station was successful. Bridge Housing has been working closely with Deicorp to ensure the design of the affordable housing units is of a high standard. Bridge Housing will manage the affordable housing units upon completion.

Castle Hill Station
The Deicorp and Bridge Housing tender for the Hills Showground Metro site was successful. The site will accommodate around 450 new residential apartments, 20 of which will be used as affordable housing and managed by Bridge Housing. Construction of the site is expected to commence from 2022. Bridge Housing will work closely with Deicorp to ensure the affordable housing is of a high quality.

Completed projects
Glebe
Bridge Housing developed and purchased 158 senior's housing units in three buildings at Elger St Glebe in collaboration with Land and Housing Corporation as part of a mixed residential development. The homes are all social housing.
Clempton Park
The Clempton Park project comprised the design and construction of 14 seniors housing units (six one-bedroom units and eight two bedroom units). Bridge Housing was engaged by the Land and Housing Corporation to project manage the tender and construction phase. The project was delivered six weeks ahead of schedule, on budget and to a high standard. Bridge Housing was awarded the ongoing property and tenancy management rights for all 14 units.
Padstow
The Padstow project comprised the design and construction of 16 seniors housing units (10 x one-bedroom units and six two bedroom units). Bridge Housing was engaged by the Land and Housing Corporation to Project manage the tender and construction phase.
The project was delivered 8 weeks ahead of schedule, on budget and to a high standard. Bridge Housing was awarded the ongoing property and tenancy management rights for all 16 units.
Greenacre
The Greenacre project comprised the design and construction of eight seniors housing units (two x one bedroom units and six x two bedroom units). Bridge Housing was engaged by the Land and Housing Corporation to project manage the tender and construction phase.
The project was delivered 10 weeks ahead of schedule, on budget and to a high standard. Bridge Housing was awarded the ongoing property and tenancy management rights for all 8 units.
Granville
The Granville project comprised the design and construction of 12 Seniors Units (six x one bed and six x two bedroom units). Bridge Housing was engaged by the Land and Housing Corporation to project manage the tender and construction phase. The project was delivered three weeks ahead of schedule, on budget and to a high standard. Bridge Housing was awarded the ongoing property and tenancy management rights for all 12 units.
Bungarribee
Sixty five affordable homes were developed by Bridge Housing on the Bunya Urban Growth NSW estate in Bungarribee in the Blacktown LGA. Half of the homes were sold to the private market to help fund the development and were leased back under NRAS as affordable housing for 10 years.
Parramatta
Bridge Housing developed 38 new apartments in a housing complex at Collett Parade in Parramatta on a site purchased from the Land and Housing Corporation. There are 25 affordable housing units and 13 social housing units, six of which are fully accessible and tenanted as long-term supported housing by people with a disability.
Ashfield
Bridge Housing undertook the redevelopment of an Art Deco apartment block in Ashfield to create nine studio units within a new generation boarding house for older, single women.
