About Bridge Housing Limited

Bridge Housing Limited's aim is to link people to a better future  through building sustainable communities through the provision of affordable housing for low to moderate income earners.

Bridge Housing Limited is formed through the amalgamation of three inner metropolitan providers: the South West Inner Sydney Housing Cooperative, Burwood-Area Community Housing and in April 2009 the Eastern Suburbs Rental Housing Association

Bridge Housing is a growth provider and has a Type 1 Grade A housing provider, the highest grading, under the NSW Community Housing Performance Registration System and a registered charity.

We are a member of the NSW Federation of Housing Associations and part of an network of 32 housing associations operating throughout NSW.

Where we operate

Bridge Housing's operations cover the inner metropolitan area of Sydney, inner city, inner west and the eastern suburbs. We operate across the following local government areas: Ashfield , Auburn , Botany Bay, Burwood, Canada Bay, Canterbury, Leichhardt, Marrickville, Randwick, Strathfield , Sydney City, and Waverley.
