The new Bridge Housing MyBridge tenant portal has been well received, with some 70 tenants signing up this week after receiving an SMS or email invitation. This is a solid 17.5% uptake rate for the 400 tenants invited so far.

MyBridge is an easy-to-use new way for tenants to request repairs, read their rent statements, pay their rent or change their personal details online.

By the end of this week, all Bridge tenants who have mobile phones or email addresses will be invited to register for MyBridge. They will receive two SMS or email messages:

  • The first to tell them they can now use MyBridge
  • The second providing their login details.

Signing up to MyBridge is optional and does not change tenants’ ability to access our services by phone, emailing or visiting Bridge Housing.
