A group of residents from across Bridge Housing’s diverse portfolio came together this week to discuss next steps from the 2019 Tenant Survey.

The session was designed for tenants to provide feedback on the 2019 Tenant Survey results and to workshop tenant priorities and actions based on the results. We had a great afternoon with lots of input and great ideas, with 15 residents attending. 

While we performed well and above industry benchmarks against most criteria, Bridge Housing will now focus on those areas for improvement and produce an action plan.
