Bridge Housing today opened its new Northern beaches office in Brookvale to deliver services for some 1,200 social housing residents in the area.

Bridge Housing, in partnership with the Women’s Housing Company, is taking on management of all social housing tenancies on the Northern beaches from this month for the next 20 years.

We have worked hard over the past two years to prepare for the transition so residents make a seamless transition to Bridge Housing’s management. 

We have also established a Social Housing Service System Coordination Plan in conjunction with other community housing providers and service providers and are forging links with local support partners. 

CEO John Nicolades said: “This is an exciting day for us as we grow our portfolio by more than a third. We welcome our new residents and hope they will join in the many activities organised across our diverse community. Today is the culmination of a two-year effort by the whole Bridge Housing team.”
