Bridge Housing has won a prestigious award for giving staff a real voice in our organisation.

The prestigious Voice Project award recognises best workplaces that have excellent management practices and a highly-engaged workforce.

The Voice Project said our employees report exceptional levels of engagement and satisfaction in our latest Employee Opinion Survey. Specifically, you have exceeded the criteria of 80% or above staff satisfaction and/or exceeded the industry benchmark by 10% points. Only a small number of our clients meet these criteria, it said.

Bridge Housing has therefore been identified as an exceptional place to work. Bridge Housing’s achievement will shortly be showcased on the Voice Project website.

CEO John Nicolades said: “I am thrilled that Bridge Housing’s investment in our most important asset, our people, has not only paid off in terms of their engagement with the organisation but in industry recognition through this award.”
