The Land and Housing Corporation has given Bridge Housing a stellar score of 100% for properties across our portfolio being Maintained or Well Maintained in our latest our PAS (Property Assessment Survey) audit results.

This 2019-20 PAS result follows three years of being above 95%. Our Well Maintained properties were at 82.9%, compared to a sector average of 54.6%. We had no properties below the Maintained standard.
